Since 2005 we have been living in Switzerland for a short time abroad. Ina is no longer using her doctorate for science, but instead to develop exciting restaurant concepts.
The Food Truck, which is more than a snack bar, is the culmination of this new endeavour. Each week, we are taken on a new journey. Matthias is the calming influence- for the most part. After all, a food connoisseur is an important part in Ina’s kitchen, and he can also pitch in when needed. He also takes care of everything outside the kitchen- everything a two-person business needs to operate.
